About

About me

I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor. I have been working in private practice for more than 10 years and completed my supervision qualification over 5 years ago. Alongside my private practice, I have held counselling roles in a local bereavement service, a parent counselling service and a service for the long term unemployed. Before qualifying as counsellor and psychotherapist, I was working as human resources advisor and as researcher in organisational psychology.

I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework and receive regular clinical supervision.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London, a Diploma in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups from The Grove and an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics. My undergraduate degree is in business studies and management. I received further training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Bereavement Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Online Therapy, Time Limited Counselling and specific client issues such as self-harm, eating disorders or jealousy.
